Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone (201-261-4200) or in person when the box office is open, or by mail. Your tickets can be printed at home (ticket confirmations are sent via email), mailed to you, or picked up at the box office before the show. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Please understand we are a volunteer organization and have limited phone coverage during the week. We recommend that you try to complete your transactions online if possible. We will always try to get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you for your understanding.

Thursday   7:30pm - 9:30pm (phone coverage only)
Friday        7:00pm - 9:30pm (phone coverage only when no performance scheduled)
Saturday    5:30pm - 9:30pm (performance weekends)
Saturday    1:00pm - 4:00pm (non-performance weekends)
Sunday      1:00pm - 4:00pm

Friday        6:30pm   - 9:00pm
Saturday    12:00pm - 5:00pm
Sunday      12:00pm - 5:00pm

• All orders must be accompanied by payment; no unpaid reservations will be accepted
• No Refunds
• Exchanges are allowed up to 90 minutes before curtain and can be handled by you online, or we can do it for you provided you return your tickets at least 24 hours before the performance
• Exchanges are valid only for performances in the current season. Exchange of lower to higher-priced tickets requires immediate payment of the difference.  Exchange of higher to lower-priced tickets will result in the balance being placed on to a gift certificate.
• Box office is not responsible for reselling returned tickets on behalf of patrons
• Each patron must have a ticket to enter the theater, including all children for the Family Show (no matter age)
• As a courtesy to all patrons, children under the age of three (3) will not be permitted into the theater except for the Family Holiday Show
