Bonnie Sirower has been involved in the performing arts for many years. Although she has not formally worked in theater since graduating from Barnard College in 1970, where she appeared in several Gilbert & Sullivan operettas, theater has remained an important part of her life. Bonnie spent 26 years working as a fundraiser for eleven organizations, organizing events, promoting them, and writing grant proposals. From 2015–2018, she also explored stand-up comedy, performing at venues including Gotham Comedy Club in New York City. Her performances can be found on YouTube under Bonnie Sirower. Three years ago, Bonnie began studying and performing improv, first with Howdy Stranger in Hackensack and later with BCP’s own improv group under the direction of Staci Beth Block. Bonnie is proud to work alongside Lori Feiler-Fluger on Take A Bow and The Spotlight publications, combining her passion for the performing arts with her love of community and creative collaboration.
