Lisa Benke is thrilled to make her BCP debut as Ulla in The Producers. A former professional ballerina who spent 17 years pounding the pavement of Wall Street, Lisa returned to the stage in 2022 and hasn’t looked back. She continues her streak of playing moms, muses and mischief makers including: Jagged Little Pill (Mary Jane Healy), A Chorus Line (Cassie), Pippin (Fastrada), Seussical (Mayzie), Sweet Charity (Charity), NINE (Carla/Claudia), The Cottage (Sylvia), Into the Woods (Stepmother, u/s Witch), The Wedding Singer (Linda), Elf, the Musical (Emily Hobbs), Tuck, Everlasting (Betsy Foster), and Home, I’m Darling (Judy). Lisa is especially grateful for her favorite role of all: Mom to Amalia, Alexandra & Troy, and wife to Alex, who have supported every step of this full circle journey.
