Box Office Hours

In person box office coverage is only during show performances, starting an hour before the show time.

Please call 201-261-4200 and leave a voicemail for a return call on general ticket sales, group sales, or any other queries.

We recommend ordering tickets HERE for time sensitive requests.

Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone (201-261-4200), by mail, or in person when the box office is open. Your tickets can be printed at home (ticket confirmations are sent via email), mailed to you, or picked up at the box office before the show. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

All orders must be accompanied by payment; no unpaid reservations will be accepted.
Refunds only under extenuating circumstances, subject to a $3 Per Ticket refund surcharge.
Exchanges are allowed up to 90 minutes before curtain and can be handled by you online via a link in your original confirmation email, or by our box office staff during box office hours.

Exchanges are valid only for performances in the current season. Exchange of lower to higher-priced tickets requires immediate payment of the difference. Exchange of higher to lower-priced tickets will result in the balance being placed on to a gift certificate.

Box office is not responsible for reselling returned tickets on behalf of patrons.
Each patron must have a ticket to enter the theater, including all children for the Family holiday show (no matter age)

As a courtesy to all patrons, children under the age of three (3) will not be permitted into the theater.
